We welcome you with or without your clients to visit our showroom. Here, you can see and touch sample furniture, look at our portfolio books and visit our workshop to watch pieces being made.

In general, custom projects take approximately 14 weeks from the time final drawings are approved. Please note that all City Joinery prices are net, with no discounts given to the trade.

The process for custom work is as follows:






1. Definition of project scope and budget.

2. Presentation of written proposal by City Joinery.

3. Upon client's approval of proposal, 10% design deposit required.

4. City Joinery gathers outstanding detailed information required in order to produce CAD drawings.

5. Whether in person or not, drawings are reviewed and eventual changes to drawings are made.

6. Upon approval of final set of drawings, 45% deposit required for construction to begin. Clients are always welcome to come into the workshop and watch their piece get built.

7. As stipulated in the proposal, clients may visit the workshop for materials or finish approvals.

8. 45% final payment is required prior to delivery. City Joinery usually arranges shipping, if desired, with delivery instructions provided by the client. Delivery is at client's expense. More information about Shipping & Logistics can be found here.
